本プライバシーポリシーは、ごみ収集日リマインダーアプリ「Dasu（出す）」（以下「本アプリ」）に おける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに記載された 取り扱いに同意したものとみなされます。
This Privacy Policy explains how the garbage-collection reminder app “Dasu” (the “App”) handles information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
本アプリは、利用者が個人を特定できる情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・アカウント等）の 入力を求めません。本アプリはユーザー登録を必要としません。以下の情報を取り扱います。
The App does not ask you to provide personally identifying information (such as name, email, phone number, or an account) and does not require sign-up. We handle the following information:

The App does not collect your name, email, precise (GPS) location, contacts, or a persistent hardware device ID. Area selection is manual; no GPS positioning is performed.

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、適用される法令（GDPR等）に基づき、 パーソナライズ広告の表示前に同意を求める同意管理の仕組みを通じて選択いただけます。 利用者は同意の付与・拒否・撤回を行うことができます。
For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, where required by applicable law (e.g. GDPR), a consent mechanism is presented before personalized ads are shown, allowing you to grant, refuse, or withdraw consent.
問題報告の内容は、対応・解決が完了するまで保存されます（解決まで無期限）。 診断情報および解析データは、各第三者サービスの保存方針に従います。 IPアドレスは送信回数制限の目的で短期間のみ保持されます。
Problem reports are retained until they are reviewed and resolved (indefinitely until resolved). Diagnostic and analytics data are retained according to the respective third-party providers’ policies. IP addresses are kept only briefly for rate-limiting.
ごみ収集日のリマインダー通知は、すべて端末内で生成されるローカル通知です。本アプリは プッシュ通知サーバーを使用せず、通知のために個人情報をサーバーへ送信することはありません。
Garbage-day reminders are local notifications generated entirely on your device. The App does not use a push-notification server and does not send personal information to a server for notifications.
本アプリは一般利用者向けであり、13歳未満（または各国法令で定める年齢未満）の お子様を対象としていません。お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by applicable local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
お住まいの地域の法令に応じて、ご自身に関する情報へのアクセス・削除・処理の制限を 求める権利を有する場合があります。問題報告は匿名で送信されるため、特定の報告を ご本人と紐付けて削除するには、送信内容など識別に必要な情報のご提供が必要となる 場合があります。下記の連絡先までご請求ください。
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of information about you. Because reports are submitted anonymously, deleting a specific report may require you to provide enough detail (e.g. the submitted text) to identify it. Contact us at the address below.
